Petitioner had submitted Ext.P3 application for revision of timings of his own vehicle in respect of permit granted in his favour. According to the petitioner, timing conference is convened on 21.06.2014 as evident from Ext.P2 notice. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of as under: The respondent authority shall consider Ext.P3 application in the timing conference scheduled on 21.06.2014 and pass appropriate orders in that regard.
