JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 26.02.2013 in WP.No.23475 of 2011 has been complied with. In this regard, the 2nd respondent / Superintendent of Police, The Nilgris District, Udhagamandalam, issued the order in proceedings C.No.A2/20779/2017, dated 08.11.2017. However, this Court ordered statutory notice on 20.10.2017 to the respondents and in this regard, the respondents filed an Sub Applications (OS) No.378 of 2017 to dispense the personal appearance and accordingly, dispense with and the petition stands allowed.
