When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that challenging the award, a writ petition has been filed in W.P.No.35708 of 2016, in which, interim order has been obtained.
2.In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition as the issue can very well be considered in the other pending writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed . No costs.
