W.P.(C) No. 14574/2005 was filed by a former President of the respondent Society alleging that the attempt of the administrative committee to appoint persons to the Society is illegal.
2. This Court by an interim order dated 19.5.2005 in W.P.(C) 14574/2005, made such appointments temporary pending decision of the Writ Petition. The persons who got appointment temporarily, who are the petitioners herein, filed an appeal which was dismissed, finding that there is nothing wrong in the order of the learned Single Judge. The petitioners herein, who had filed the above appeal, were the persons who were so appointed temporarily to the Society. It is submitted that the said persons have now been removed from service also.

3. In such circumstance, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. The order of the Tribunal, affirming their termination, is under challenge. In the circumstance of the order in Writ Appeal No.2358/2005, affirming the order of the learned Single Judge, making the appointments purely temporary, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
