JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) This Writ Appeal by the sixth respondent in the Writ Petition is directed against the interim order granted in the Writ Petition on 25.04.2013.
2.Heard Mr.T.M.Madasamy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.V.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 4 to 8.
3.Mr.T.M.Madasamy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that he has given a change of vakalat and has returned the paper and has also filed a memo to that effect before the Registry. Therefore, the appearance of Mr.T.M.Madasamy, stands dispensed with.
4. On perusal of the material papers, we find that the interim order was in respect of the temple festival to be conducted between 12.05.2013 and 17.05.2013. Thus, as on date, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Appeal and hence, the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
