Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the contemnor submitted that the order of this Court dated 23.02.2017, made in W.P.(MD) No.2075 of 2017, has been complied with in full by the respondent. Ms.S.M.Anusha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, also submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent and she also produced a copy of the letter of the District Educational Officer, Madurai in g.K.vz;.1263/M2/2017 dated 27.06.2017.
2.Recording the statement of both sides and taking into account of the order passed by the respondent dated 27.06.2017, this Contempt Petition is closed.
