JUDGMENT / ORDER

For the sake of convenience, the parties will be referred to as the complainant and the accused.
2. The complainant initiated prosecution in C.C.No.218 of 2012 against the accused for an offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, in which, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Tract Court-I, Coimbatore, acquitted the accused by order dated 24.02.2016. Aggrieved by which, the complainant has filed the present appeal against the order of acquittal with a special leave petition.
3.Notice has been served on the accused and he has entered appearance through Advocate, Mr.Abrar MD. Abdullah. Heard the learned counsel for the complainant and the learned counsel for the accused.
4. In view of the judgment of Full Bench of this Court in the case of S. Ganapathy vs N. Senthilvel reported in (2017) 3 MLJ (Crl) 641 (FB), the Registry is directed to transmit all the papers to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after taking photocopy of the papers on file.
5. The complainant and the accused are directed to appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, on 11.12.2017 at 10.30 a.m. 08.11.2017 Index : Yes/No smi To
