Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In compliance of the order passed by this Court on 30.07.2019, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by learned Standing Counsel today in the Court. The same may be taken on record.

On perusal of the affidavit filed, it is reflected that the decreetal amount, as directed by this Court has been paid to the petitioner.

In view of the compliance made above, no cause of action survives in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
