?After getting valuation report from the Executive Engineer, PWD, Buildings (C&M) Division, Madurai -2 based on the centage charges received from both the parties, the reports are issued to both the parties.
After receipt of report, the petitioner not turned out for negotiation. Hence, mediation could not succeed.
Hence, this case is referred back to the Hon'ble High Court.?
2.From the report, it is seen that the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Madurai has valuated the building and has submitted a report. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
