After hearing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since there is matrimonial dispute between the corpus and her husband, so the present petition for habeas corpus may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner husband will seek his remedy before the Family Court or any other appropriate forum as advised.

In view of above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
