JUDGMENT / ORDER

A prayer has been made to direct the respondents authorities to pay the family pension to the petitioner as admissible under the rules.
The father of the petitioner was working as driver in railway department and has retired on 31.12.1983.
A preliminary objection has been raised with regard to maintainability of the present writ petition.
The petitioner has an alternative remedy to approach Armed Forces Tribunal for her claim.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
