Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1 and 2; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 03.11.2019 registered as Case Crime No.234 of 2019, under Sections 147, 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(Da) of S.C./S.T. Act, P.S. Nagara, District Ballia.
From a perusal of the first information report it cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out. Moreover, it appears that there is injury report also in support of the allegations.
Under the circumstances, the prayer of the petitioner to quash the first information report cannot be accepted. The petition is dismissed.
