Sri Rajesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 has filed short counter affidavit the same is taken on record.
Both the parties are represented through their counsels along with learned AGA.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that compromise has been entered into outside the court between both the parties.
Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 could not dispute the aforesaid fact.
In view of above, it is directed that the compromise deed may be pressed before the trial court by both- applicants and respondent no.2- and the same may be verified and verification report may be sent to this Court as early as possible.
Parties are also directed to do the needful and to appear before the court below for necessary follow up action.
Report be remitted to this Court by the trial court at the earliest.
No coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the first count for a period of two weeks from today and in case, any compromise deed is moved within the aforesaid period, then till verification of deed no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants.
