Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicants have prayed for expeditious disposal of Case No. 116 of 2014, Smt. Rizwana Bano & Others v. Mehtab Alam, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of aforesaid case.
In view of the above, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order looking to its own roaster and other expedited trials under the order of this Court issued from time to time.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
