Ms.Krina Calla, learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent - State.
[2] Present application is filed by the applicant for deleting condition nos.2(e) imposed vide order dated 25.08.2010 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.9498 of 2010.
[3] It is submitted by the learned advocate for the applicant that applicant has not breached any conditions imposed by this Court and has complied all the conditions till today. It is also submitted that trial has commenced.
[4] Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties and considering above, condition no.2(e) in the order dated 25.08.2010 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.9498 of 2010 is deleted. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Present application is disposed of accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
