Learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for opposite parties are present.
The present criminal revision has been moved against the impugned judgment and order dated 30.6.2012 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Bareilly, in Criminal Appeal No. 128 of 2012 dismissing the appeal of the revisionist and affirming the judgment dated 6.6.2012 passed by learned Juvenile Justice Board, Bareilly, in case crime No. 340 of 2012 (State Vs. Rizawan), under Section 302, 201 and 376 I.P.C. By the impugned judgment bail application of the revisionist-applicant was rejected.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the record.
The matters pertains to the year 2012, the Courts below have given concurrent findings, moreover the learned counsel for the revisionist could not point out any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
In view of above, the revision lack merit and is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly revision is dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
