K.P.Yashodha, HCGP for R1) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the FIR in Cr.No.120/2018 filed by the respondent police-Sakkarayapatna Police Station, Chikkamagaluru District against the petitioners for the offence P/U/Ss 143, 144, 147, 504, 354, 323, 324, 506 and 149 of IPC on the file of II Additional Civil Judge and JMFC., Kadur, Chikkamagaluru.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
O R D E R It is seen that on 16.5.2019, time was granted till 21.5.2019 to comply with the office objections. Again on 18.6.2019, peremptorily, two weeks’ time was granted to comply with the office objections. Though time was granted, office objections have not been complied till today, Hence, the matter is listed specifically today with peremptory order.
There is no representation for the petitioners today.
Hence, the petition stands dismissed.
