JUDGMENT / ORDER

Considering the nature of the reliefs sought for in the writ petition, I am of the view that the interim order dated 30.01.2010 shall be made absolute. However, it is made clear that the financier is at liberty to seize the vehicle in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed as infructuous.
