O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since offence leveled against the petitioner is under National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 and already this Court has laid down the law that against the order of bail application by the trial Court, an appeal lies.
In that light, he will file appropriate appeal before the jurisdictional Court and he may be given the said liberty.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
