List revised. No one appears to press the present writ petition.
Learned counsel for the learned A.G.A. raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that earlier petitioners already preferred Criminal Misc. Writ Petition no.7472/2021, which was dismissed as not pressed vide order dated 14.09.2021 without any leave and again the petitioners are before this Court for similar cause of action as such the present writ petition is liable to be treated as second writ petition and the same may be dismissed with cost.
For ready reference, the order dated 14.09.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition no.7472/2021 (Riyasat Husain and others vs. State of U.P. and others) is extracted as under:-
"At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he dos not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed."
In view of the above, the Court is not at all inclined to entertain the writ petition as while dismissing the said writ petition at no point of time any leave has been accorded to the petitioners to file another writ petition and the same is dismissed as not pressed.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
