Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3-Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Allenganj, Prayagraj to re-examine the subject of the Maths of IIIrd Semester of B.T.C. Examination 2019 of the petitioner. Further prayer has also been made to direction to respondent no.3 to decide the scrutiny application dated 16.09.2019 of the petitioner within stipulated time.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has appeared in Math's paper of IIIrd Semester of B.T.C. Examination 2019, in which she was allotted 6 marks, for that purpose, she filed a scrutiny application before Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Allenganj, Prayagraj on 16.09.2019, which remain undecided till date.
Under these circumstances, respondent no.3-Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Allenganj, Prayagraj is directed to decide the petitioner's scrunity application dated 16.09.2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
