This writ petition has been filed for issuing of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Pilibhit and Station House Officer, Police Station- Bilsanda, Pilibhit to ensure the fair and impartial investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 18.03.2017 registered as Case Crime No. 0184/2017, under Sections 498-A, 307, 377, 323, 504 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Bilsanda, District - Pilibhit.
It is alleged that F.I.R. was lodged on 18.03.2017 but police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the facts of present case, writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 2 and 3 Superintendent of Police, Pilibhit and Station House Officer, Police Station- Bilsanda, Pilibhit to ensure the fair and impartial investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 18.03.2017 registered as Case Crime No. 0184/2017, under Sections 498-A, 307, 377, 323, 504 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Bilsanda, District - Pilibhit and submit the report by Investigating Officer under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. within a period of four months.
