Mr. Purohit, learned advocate for the applicants, has submitted that due to oversight and inadvertence, the applicants could not complete the formalities for issuance and service of process.
It appears that the applicants failed to supply copies of the application alongwith annexures to the registry so as to issue notice in pursuance of the order dated 9.11.2012. Therefore, until now, notice to the respondent has not been issued by the registry, despite order dated 9.11.2012.
Mr. Purohit, learned advocate for the applicants, has tendered apology and submitted that the applicants will immediately comply with the requirements and supply sufficient copies of the application alongwith annexures today itself.
In view of the said submission by learned advocate for the applicants, returnable date of Notice is extended to 28.12.2012.
