JUDGMENT / ORDER

The cause list shows that Notice qua respondent No.2 is not received back. Therefore, office shall await service of Notice until 19.1.2013. If process is not served on or before the said date then matter may be listed on 21.1.2013 for further and appropriate orders. If process is served on or before 19.1.2013 then also matter may be listed on 21.1.2013 for further hearing. Until then ad-interim relief granted earlier vide order dated 9.11.2012 will continue.
