From perusal of the facts stated in the petition for writ, it reveals that a representation submitted to the Chairman, Varanasi Development Authority on 05.03.2019 is still pending consideration.
Having considered this fact, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by directing the Commissioner, Varanasi Division, Varanasi to consider and decide the representation in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date the petitioner presents a certified copy of this order before him.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
