The petitioner is aggrieved by the removal of his name from the revenue records.
Learned Standing Counsel states if that is the case, the petitioner may file an application under section 32/38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Code').
Under such circumstances, it is directed that if the petitioner files an application under section 32/38 of the Code within a period of 15 days from today along with a certified copy of this order, then after giving a number to it, the same shall be decided within a period of three months thereafter after hearing the parties concerned, if there is no other legal impediment. Further, if any application for interim relief is filed, then orders shall be passed on it within two weeks. For a period of three weeks, status-quo as of today shall be maintained by the parties.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
