(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is for condonation of delay of 14 days in preferring appeal against the judgement and award passed by the Tribunal which is impugned in the First Appeal.
The main contesting respondent insurance companies, respondents no.3 and 6 are served. Ms.Patel for Mr.Nanavati for respondent no.3 and Mr.Vyas for Mr.Parikh for respondent no.6 has appeared.
Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the ground stated in the application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, delay deserves to be condoned and therefore condoned.
Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly.
