Petitioner is a lady Constable in Civil Police and is presently posted at Faizabad. Her husband, who is also a Constable in U.P. Police, is posted at Bulandshahr. Petitioner has represented before the authorities in terms of the transfer policy dated 29.03.2018 for her posting to be made at the same place where her husband is working. Since petitioner's claim, in that regard, has not been examined, therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
Learned standing counsel submits that the claim of the petitioner shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances of this case, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no. 3, along with certified copy of this Court, within a period of two weeks from today, annexing all material in support of her claim. The authority concerned shall consider the petitioner's claim, in accordance with law and keeping in view the transfer policy dated 29.03.2018, within a further period of three months thereafter.
