Heard Sri Arvind Srivastava (III) for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petition was filed for a direction upon the respondents not to interfere in the working of the petitioner as Lecturer (English) in Arya Kanya Pathsala Snatkottar Mahavidyalaya, Khurja, Bulandsahar.
Admittedly, the appointment of the petitioner was on honorarium till regular selected candidate by the Commission joins the post.
An application has been filed seeking impleadment of one Smt. Sirmistha Singh as respondent No. 6 by disclosing that she has been appointed as regularly selected candidate recommended by the Commission.
It is well settled that a person appointed on honorarium has no lien on the post and can continue only till such time a regularly selected candidate joins the post.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed.
