After some arguments, Sri Parmeshwar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 12.09.2018 passed by the Child Welfare Committee by taking recourse to the provisions of Section 101 of the Juvenile Justice, (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
