When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that the FIR has been lodged in the matter as case crime no.83 of 2018 under Sections 363 and 366 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Chandausi, District- Sambhal.
Shri Kaushal Kumar, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No.4 and he adopts the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel.
Faced with the aforesaid submissions, Shri Jitendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly concedes that the writ petition has become infructuous and seeks leave to take appropriate legal remedy.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
