Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the Complaint Case No. 267 of 2018 (Ritika Baranwal Vs. Abhishek Baranwal) filed by him under section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act P.s. Chowk District Varanasi is pending since 28.9.2018 and not being decided.
This application is finally disposed of directing the trial court to decide the aforesaid complaint within period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law.
