Heard learned counsel for the applicants on the correction application.
By way of instant correction application, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicants to correct the order dated 08.05.2019 passed by this Court by replacing 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 5, Agra' appearing in the sixth line of the third paragraph of the order by 'Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No. 1, Kanpur Nagar'.
The prayer so made is accepted and accordingly, the instant application stands allowed.
In the order dated 08.05.2019, 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 5, Agra' appearing in the sixth line of the third paragraph of the order be replaced by 'Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No. 1, Kanpur Nagar'.
Order dated 08.05.2019 stands corrected accordingly.
