The grievance of the petitioner is that an application dated 22.12.2017 made by him before the District Magistrate, Jaunpur for grant of security on his expenses is still pending and has not been disposed of.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition by commanding the respondent No.2-District Magistrate, Jaunpur to place the application dated 22.12.2017 filed by the petitioner before the District Level Committee, who shall proceed to take the decision, in accordance with law, with regard to request of the petitioner for providing security, within a period of four weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
