In response to the query raised by the Court, learned advocate for the petitioner has repeatedly asserted that any requirement does not remain uncomplied and the petitioner has fulfilled all requirements prescribed and conveyed by the respondent electricity company. Learned counsel has also asserted that even any dues, in respect of the premises, of previous owner also are not outstanding and that, therefore, there is no reason whatsoever for not supplying the electricity connection in petitioner's name. On the condition that if the submission as to compliance of all requirements, including payment of dues, turn out to be incorrect, then on that ground alone, the petition will be dismissed with costs.
Let Notice be issued, making it returnable on 16.7.2012.
