Heard Sri Avinash Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Regard being had to the fact that the applicant is said to have assisted co-accused, Amit in kidnapping of 14 years' daughter of first informant and is named in the F.I.R. and learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the minor daughter of the informant has not yet been recovered, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicant,Rishipal involved in Case Crime No. 321 of 2019 under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., Police Station Kairana , District Shamli.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
