Heard Shri Suresh Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Monica Vaish holding brief of Shri Anadi Krishna Narayana, learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the order dated 22.01.2015 whereby his services as contractual conductor has been terminated.
No explanation has been given in the writ petition for explaining the laches in filing the writ petition and all that has been stated in paragraph 13 of the writ petition is that the petitioner is entitled for reinstatement on mercy.
This is no ground for entertaining the writ petition. The writ petition is barred by laches by three years and is accordingly dismissed as such.
