This bail cancellation application has moved against the order of Sessions Judge, Meerut in Crime No. 145 of 2015, under Sections 147, 148, 307, 323, 506 I.P.C, P.S. Saroorpur, District Meerut.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that he does not want to press this bail cancellation application.
Accordingly the present bail cancellation application is rejected as not pressed.
The applicant is at liberty to file fresh bail cancellation application before the trial court and if he files bail cancellation application as fresh before the trial court it is expected from the trial court to decide the bail cancellation application on merit expeditiously in accordance with law.
