Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A. This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:
"issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the first information report dated 3.9.2021 registered as Case Crime no. 484 of 2021, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, P.S. Kotwali Chibramau, District Kannauj as well as prayer for directing the respondent no. 2 not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned first information report."
After the arguments were heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners want to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to invoke remedy as available under the law.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid request of the petitioners.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to invoke remedy as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioners.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said persons (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
