Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Shreya Gupta appearing on behalf of the respondent No. 4.
This award has been passed against the institution i.e. opposite party no. 1 in adjudication No.1 of 2016 for reinstatement of workmen.
Petitioners before the Court are also opposite party nos. 2 and 3 in the adjudication No. 1 of 2016. There is no order against any individual person. This award is against the opposite party No.1 and as on date no coercive action has been initiated against the petitioners, therefore, the writ petition is premature and not maintainable.
Therefore, at this stage, writ petition is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.
