Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 07.11.2016 in Case Crime No. 772 of 2016, under Section 498-A, 323, 307, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Jalesar, District Etah (Annexure No. 1). "
Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that a Charge Sheet bearing no. 399 of 2017, dated 20.08.2017, has already been filed, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy, if they so desire and are advised, for appropriate relief.
