Order on Clarification Application No.13 of 2019:-
Sri Pradeep Kumar learned Senior Counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite party/petitioner.
The clarification application has been moved on behalf of the respondent-Kanpur Development Authority with the assertion that while passing the order dated 23.02.2018, for extension of the interim order granted on 31.01.2018, a portion of the direction has been skipped from incorporation in the order itself.
Having perused the order dated 31.01.2018, the order dated 23.02.2018 is corrected and clarified as under:-
In the last line of the order dated 23.02.2018, the following be added and read "the status quo on the spot as on date shall be maintained by the parties."
