2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 6.10.1998 passed by Ist Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarnagar in Criminal Appeal No. 6/96 rejecting the appeal of the revisionist and upholding the convection and sentence passed by the trial court dated 31.1.96 under Section 16 (1) (a) (i) read with Section 7 of Prevention of Food Adulteration Act.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
