The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Mutation Case No.1500 of 2017 (Rishi Baranwal Vs. Jai Prasad) pending in the Court of Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No.1500 of 2017 (Rishi Baranwal Vs. Jai Prasad) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
