Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
The instant petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Bidhuna District Auraiya to consider and decide interim injunction application 43Ga filed in Original Suit No. 207 of 2005 (Rishendra Kumar Mishra v. State of U.P. And Another) expeditiously and within a stipulated period.
Bearing in mind the fact that the application for injunction has been moved in the pending suit only in December 2020, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the concerned Civil Judge to ensure expeditious disposal of the application for temporary injunction and to ensure that no unnecessary adjournments are accorded to either of the parties.
