Petitioners contend that the controversy raised in the present petition has been considered earlier in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 11339 of 2017 decided on 23.5.2017 as well as Writ Petition No. 3031 of 2018 decided on 4.1.2018. Petitioners have already represented before the District Basic Education Officer concerned for their claim also to be considered on similar lines.
Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent states that the grievance of the petitioners shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.4 to accord consideration to the petitioners' claim in light of the judgment delivered by this Court, referred to above, by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before the authority concerned.
