Saniya @ Soniya petitioner-3 appears before the Court and states that she has voluntarily married to Rishabh Tiwari petitioner no. 1 after adopting the Hindu religion. In support of her age, High School certificate, has been filed as Annexure-2 in which her date of birth is 16.07.1999. Conversion certificate has also been filed as Annexure-5.
In the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of FIR dated 06.07.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 250/2018, P.S. Shivli, District Kanpur Dehat (Rama Bai Nagar).
