Heard Sri O.P. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report bearing F.I.R.No. 0123 of 2019, under Sections 420,467,468,471 I.P.C. P.S. Asiwan, District Unnao.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petition has become infructuous, hence, there is no efficacy to this petition.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as infructuous.
