After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that contempt petition may be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file appropriate petition in accordance with the U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhans, Up-Pradhans and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997 against Gram Pradhan pursuant to the writ court order.
Accordingly, contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
