The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Suit No.887 of 2017 within a stipulated period.
From the order sheet of the case it appears that the matter is being proceeded with utmost expedition as already issues have been framed and few issues have been decided and date has been fixed for leading of evidence as well as for hearing on Application 6-C.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued to the court concerned. The petition is dismissed.
